We have developed over time, a series of Country Guides with the objective of helping the foreign investor and / or the local national business-man, better understand some of the issues and complexities of Doing Business and Investing in a given country.

Our country guides belong to a series of publications under the name of e-Basics: How to do Business in …™.
We started some years ago developing guides for Latin America, including countries like : Argentina, Bolivia, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay and Venezuela.
At the request of several clients, we developed other guides for countries “outside” our region, i.e. China - Hong Kong, China – Shanghai , Singapore, India, Russia, etc.
Other country guides are in constant process of either being developed or being updated.

The “e-Basics: How to do Business in…Series” ™ have been prepared only for the assistance of those interested in developing a business in a given jurisdiction or country. It has not been the intention to cover exhaustively the subjects it highlights but rather to answer some of the important, broad questions that may arise.
If specific and detailed questions arise, it will often be necessary to refer to the regulations, laws and practices of the country under analysis and to obtain proper in-depth counsel / legal advice.

The “e-Basics: How to do Business in …Series”™ are prepared in Acrobat, PDF format, and for quick
and easy delivery to our clients,  these reports can be ordered either for direct electronic delivery / download, or in printed format, delivered by post (please note that some reports are only available for delivery in printed format).
